Free writing. Write for five consecutive minutes on the word “jump” as it pertains to this past year. No editing. Set a timer. Just write.
Jump for it. Jump and the net will appear. You know that. You have seen that happen before. It works. Jump. The new year brings scary opportunities that will need you to just jump for it.
Jump up and offer the opinion. Jump up on stage and start talking, you are great at winging it. The professor was grateful for someone who was willing to be first. Jump into the conversation, you have the idea that will help.
Jump up and down for twenty minutes in the morning – that’s the key to feeling good all day. Jump into those cute new shoes. Jump, you now have enough sports bras.
Jump up and volunteer for the job. Jump to her defense. Jump in and tell him it’s a great idea. Jump into it and offer a distraction, that other person will be grateful.
Jump with enthusiasm. Jump to say yes, you almost never regret it.
Just don’t jump ship. Just don’t jump the track. You have so much in place now, so much is coming together. Jump, but stay. Jump up in the morning and be happy and if you are not, jump to change it. You totally can.
